How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and delivered within 7 working days. As a growing business, we are committed to fulfilling orders as efficiently as possible, balancing quality craftsmanship with timely delivery. Please allow this time-frame so that we can prepare each order to our high standards.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not offer refunds on sale items due to hygienic reasons and the nature of fragrance products. However, exchanges are available—simply contact us with your order number within 30 days of purchase. Items must be lightly tested (no more than a few sprays) to be eligible for exchange.
